PREPARATION AND SUPPLY OF MICROSOCPY MATERIALS (INCLUDING A RICH MALARIA SLIDE BANK)

High quality Giemsa Stains – Supplied for the DTET studies in 2009/2010; Malaria Area surveys of SunMaP, 2009 – 2011; hospitals and laboratories and research centers in the country. Also completed 500 Litres of high quality Giemsa in 2017 and early 2018.
Quality control slides for Proficiency Testing of Microscopists for routine practice, drug, diagnostics and vaccine trials.

The Urine Malaria Test (UMT) trial was conducted in Lagos and was registered in the global clinical trial website: http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT01921413?term=malaria&rank=10.

Product was registered by the National Regulatory Agency for Nigeria (NAFDAC).
